Using Google to Assist in Reputation Management

In this screencast/ video, I talk a little bit abut reputation management, and more specifically, using Google to help keep track of what people are saying about you or your company online.

I never knew of such a tool lik this until now. I did always wonder how I can find out how many people like my blog or what people are saying. Looks like every second, Google is always coming out with something , which is always a positive..:-)
