Google Traffic Surpasses MSN

According to Alexa, Google has taken over the number 2 spot that was held by MSN for at least 2 years. This is quite a feat since this includes MSN’s whole network, including Hotmail.
It’s interesting that Google’s traffic is 78% for www.google.com (Google search) and 6% gmail.google.com (GMail), while MSN’s traffic is 11% for MSN Search (search.msn.com or msn.com) and 73% for Hotmail (hotmail.msn.com).
Google’s numbers are still increasing, so watch out Yahoo!, you’re next.
