I though shoemoney’s April fools day joke was awesome (cause I’m a huge Lost fan too), but I have to admit, Matt Cutts’ prank really got me pretty good.
I’d been preparing my taxes for the last 5 hours straight. 
, and decided to take a Stumbleupon break to unwind after the stress of all that IRS business. I enter “SEO” into the Stumble search, and start to channel surf, when up comes this…
I didn’t know whether to go to Digg.com or to WordPress.org to download a patch.
Then I remembered April Fools!
Good one Matt Cutts. Touché. Even though it is April 2nd here on the East Coast.

I don’t think it was a joke that Matt Cutts did, I think it was truly hacked. The RSS feed for his http://www.mattcutts.com/blog is no longer available. I am thinking he had one originally, if so then the hackers replaced his html redirectory with what we see now.
Matt, get on the ball buddy!
