Google Video Launches Tomorrow

Google has been accepting video uploads from anyone who cares to submit them. Videos will be searchable via meta tags submitted along with the videos.
It looks like this may be the first use of the much discussed Google Payment service. Users have the option to charge for downloads of the videos that they submit.
