Google Backlink Update Starting

Looks like there is some activity going on over a Google. Some data centers are starting to show updated numbers for backlinks.

I was alerted to this by this post at SEO Chat.

Google will show a whopping 24 backlinks for this site.

As I have said before, if you want a real backlink count, use Yahoo.
