I Stop Blogging and Gain Subscribers

I haven’t posted in about 20 days, and somehow, my feedburner number keeps going up. I have no idea how, but I’ll take it.
If anyone wonder’s where I’ve been, or what I’ve been up to, you can be assured, I’ve been extremely busy.
Apart from work, the main thing that has been keeping me busy is that I’ve been spending a lot of time with my Great Uncle. He’s 93 now, and really needs a lot of help.
I was also out of town for 10 days, partially for work (attending the Bruce Clay’s SEOToolSet course), and partially for fun (spending time with friends in San Diego). By the way, the course was extremely good. If you get the chance, go. Conferences are definitely fun, but you don’t get anywhere near the level of info that is shared here. The class is taught by Bruce himself, was relatively small (about 20 to 30 people), and the food was pretty great compared to the cold sandwich boxes of SES and Pubcon.
Look for me to be posting a little more regularly in the coming weeks. I also may be inviting some of you to post on a special new section of this site, so stay tuned for that.

Haha thats great! Sometimes stopping and allowing your content to absorb some attention actually grabs viewers!

I’ve wondered about the optimal posting rate too. Not so much with subscribers, but I’ve noticed the comment count goes up when readers have a chance to catch up.
Looking forward to hearing some of that you learned at the course.
