Analog LOGFORMAT for 1and1.com

This site is hosted via 1and1.com. It really is a great deal, but the only bad part is that their web stats program is pretty lame. On top of that, they use some strange log format that makes it kind of tricky to set up some stats programs.
Today I’ll be talking about setting up LOGFORMAT section in the config file for Analog for those who use 1and1.com shared hosting.
LOGFORMAT (%S – - [%d/%M/%Y:%h:%n:%j %j] “%j %r %j” %c %b %v “%f” “%B” “%s”)
This is really the only tricky part of the process. You should use one of the sample config files that come with the distribution to get started.
This configuration will work with 1and1.com. For those of you with another host. Feel free to leave a comment and Ill take a look.
