Google Black Hat Notification

This is interesting news from a few days ago. Google is testing out a system where they will notify webmasters using black hat techniques that their sites have been black listed.

Matt Cutts says that the will only be sending emails to sites with good content. Sorry ‘Scraped Content Texas Hold ‘em Adwords Spammer’. You’re out of luck.

I am wondering if they will send out notices to previous sites that have been penalized.

We’ll have to wait and see.
