Now Howard Stern Suing Google

Looks like Google is the official “Company to Sue” if anything is going wrong. Howard Stern and an industrial printing firm called CLRB HANSON INDUSTRIES, LLC is suing Google because they say that Google isn’t abiding by the daily budget that they set on their AdWords account. Stern and company are going to try to get class action status.
Maybe I never bid enough, but my problem was always that I never got over my daily budget. I also remember seeing a disclaimer on the adwords site that said somthing like daily budget is actually averaged over each month.
