New Keyword Optimization Tool

Keyword optimization is probably the most important aspect of search engine optimization. If you want good rankings for a specific keyword or keyword phrase, you need to include that word/ words in your web page. It is not only important to include those words, but you should also make sure that the ratio of occurrences for those keywords or phrases to the total number of words in a page is at the optimal level. In SEO terms, you want to make sure to optimize keyword density. To help you with this task, I have created a new keyword optimization tool. It’s an all in one keyword analysis, comparison, and density check.
Possible uses:
- Check your pages to find out if your targeted keyword density is what you think it should be.
- Compare pages within your site: If the pages of your website are too similar (for example, too much navigation), you may be penalized by Google. This can result it pages getting put into Google’s supplemental index. With the new tool, you can compare 2 pages on your website to find out how similar they are.
- Analyze the competition: If you are trying to rank higher for a specific keyword, you can compare your page to the page that ranks #1 in Google for that term, and see how might be able to better optimize your page for those keywords.
Click here to try it out.
While I’m on the subject of keyword tools, I should mention a great tool that I had the opportunity to test. It’s called Wordze. I actually found out about the tool because I was supposed to review it via ReviewMe. Wordze supplied a temporary login for me to try the tool, and I was very impressed, but didn’t have time to accept the review before it expired. I thought it was worth mentioning anyway.
Wordze is a keyword research tool that allows you to make high quality, highly targeted keyword lists for SEO or PPC campaigns. They have really improved on some of the standard features that are available in tools like WordTracker, Adwords KW tool, and Overture KW took and also added several other useful features. It’s all packed into an extremely user friendly interface. Check it out.

Much thanks for another great resource. Being able to check on page density is important. I like to keep it well under 10 per cent (5-7).

Keyword density is not standard for all searchengines, Higher keyword density is acceptable for Yahoo but Google is highly against it.
So you have to be careful for which SE you are optimizating your site.
I don’t believe any such tool as keyword density should be according to content and it should be designed for visitors and not for SE’s.
